Answer:
Upon leaving from Dazu South Railway Station, you can walk left to the bus stop to take No. 204 bus for Dazu Bus Station (大足汽车站) in Dazu Downtown. Riding time is about 60 minutes and ticket price is CNY 6 Yuan.
From Dazu Bus Station, you can then take No. 205 bus to get to Dazu Rock Carvings. Riding distance from the downtown to Dazu Carvings is about 15 km and riding time is about 40 minutes.
