I wasn't able to confirm the existence of the buses (February 2025) but as a tip, avoid paying a local agency to get you to Longji, they will stop at many points in the road and ask you to pay extra activities.
The hotel in Dazhai said they can arrange shuttle to get you in Guilin for 50 Yuan.
