1. Which bus station should I be taking the bus from?
2. What time is the last bus leaving Suzhou to Pudong?

Those running from Suzhou South and Suzhou West Bus Station to Shanghai Pudong International Airport are 12 passenger vans for business, not big buses. On the other hand, you can go to Suzhou North Square Bus Station to take big bus to go to PVG Airport.
Your hotel is 4 km to Suzhou South Bus Station and 6 km to Suzhou North Square Bus Station.

Even though I don't have the luggage allowance of the bus operator, I can confirm you will have no problem to take luggage mentioned on baord of the bus. In the worst occasion, they may require you to pay additional for luggage transportation.
We need your passport copies to be able to book tickets for you. We will provide you with e-ticket and you can just go through ticket checking procedures by submitting your passport and e-ticket.
On the e-ticket, you can see the number of boarding gate; You can just wait at the boarding gate to go through ticket checking procedure and follow your travel mates (other passengers using same bus) to find your bus.

You are 10 km to Suzhou South Bus Station. From the university mentioned, you can take city bus route 16 to go to the south bus station directly. Riding time is no more than 40 minutes and ticket fare is CNY 2 Yuan.

3 hours is a bit conservative, sometimes, it takes shorter time for the journey. To catch international flight, you are advised to leave Suzhou 5 hours in advance.

Are the 3 hours calculated with time to spare? A friend took the bus from the Pudong to Suzhou and came one hour early. How long before the schedueled bus departure do you recommend to arrive at Suzhou North Square?
