The national class Wuxi Bus Station has more than 1,700 daily bus departures transporting around 30,000 passengers each day. It has a three floor station building with 45 ticket windows on the second floor. Number 1 ticket window deals with ticket change and cancellation business. On the third floor, near number 42 entrance gate, it also has a special window selling supplementary tickets on buses that are scheduled to leave in less than 1 hour. In general, waiting hall on the second floor is for short distance to medium distance travelers and waiting hall on the third floor is used for medium to long distance travelers. As far as we knew, passengers go to Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport should go to the third floor to wait to board the airport buses.
